Can I put aquatic plants in my turtle tank?

I seen these live aquarium plants at wall mart. They are like the seeds, and you just drop them in the tank and they grow.. Will my turtles eat the seeds? Do I need to put them in another tank till they grow? I don't care if the turtles eat them when they grow I just don't want them to eat the seeds..

Plants are great in a turtle tank - your turtles will love them! Not only are they a tasty snack but can also be a great place to play and hide in. I would let the seedlings grow a bit first before putting them in. Make sure that they don't take up to much of the swimming space though!
